I thought that looking at toxic positivity this week would be helpful, because I do believe it’s important to find a balance between wanting to embrace gratitude with the more difficult emotions that we can understandably find harder to accept.

The art therapy experiential will guide you through a meditation on acceptance as inspiration as using creativity as a way to communicate and respond to your feelings, emotions, or sensations in a new way.
