Hello Beautiful Listeners,
This week’s episode is inspired by a talk I am giving today at a local high school on the power of influence and resilience. As I’ve been developing my speech and practicing, my mind kept wandering to Joseph Campbell’s analysis of the hero’s journey and the universal themes of what it means to be alive.
In this episode, I discuss how you can approach reflection and inquiry using the hero's journey to glean insight and meaning from your experiences. The art therapy experiential helps you examine an experience through the lens of positive psychology. May it serve you well!
I’m including some of the articles that helped me write this episode, in case you’d like to do a deeper dive into this theme.
I’d love to hear your thoughts, feel free to hit reply to this email or leave a comment in the section below.
Warmly,
Stephanie
